How to Enter

Using this service is very simple, quick and easy. Follow these instructions and your feis entry should proceed without any hitches.

New Users

If this is the first time you have used this site, then click on 'Register' in the top menu.

Registration is a two stage process. First supply your usual email address and create a password.

Once this is done proceed to the next section where you will be asked for details of the school, contact and address.

You will then be able to enter dancers and teams for the open feis.

Registered Users

If you have previously registered but did not complete an entry, click on 'Log in' in the top menu and supply your email address and password. Once authenticated you will be taken to the entry process.

Entry Process

There are separate pages for solo and team entries. Entries can be made in any order but we recommend that you enter all solo dancers first. This will make it easier for you when entering the teams.

Please fill in the forms carefully ensuring that all the entered details are correct. Should you make a mistake, there are links on the pages that allow you to Amend or Delete individual entries.

Teams should be added by entering Team A or Team B as appropriate in the Team Name box and selecting the age group and competition from the drop down lists. You must then click on the 'Add dancer' button to continue. Select the team members by clicking their names in the drop down lists. If you have team members who are not shown in the drop down lists please type their names and dates of birth into the named boxes.

When you have entered all solos and teams click on the 'Go to Checkout' button.

How to pay

Payment may be made by Direct Deposit or Internet Transfer. You must include your school reference number to identify the deposit and post a copy of your entry form, together with your receipt to:

Your entry form must be mailed straight away and entry is not complete until payment is received. All entry forms and payments must be received by not later than 8th July 2010. Failure to meet this deadline will render your entry invalid
