Association Rules (for entry)
The Association code is used to avoid associated schools' dancers appearing on stage together. If this does not apply to you then simply select NONE in the appropriate place on your personal information page. To access your information page, login and on the Main Menu, click on Amend Details. Enter the Association Code and clickon Amend Details at the bottom of the box.
However if you have an association with another schools(s) and wish to avoid dancers appearing on stage together please read the following instructions carefully:
The group of teachers concerned in the associations must select one CLRG registration number of one of the TCRG’s involved. This can be found next to your name in the Liosta Offiguil/Official List of An Coimisiun.
It is suggested that you use a TCRG who may be the common link with all associations, however as long as every school uses the same code there will not be a problem. After submitting this code you will move into the entry system and when asked for your entry details you will submit as normal your entry using your own CLRG Registration Code NOT the association code.
